Screenshot Captor is the best choice to take screenshots in the fastest and easiest way possible.

With this program you can configure different key combinations for each function. For example, it allows you to determine an association that corresponds to a snapshot of the active window and another that influences only one area of the desktop

As if that weren't enough, with Screenshot Captor you also have the possibility to add effects to the screenshots, being especially useful to highlight a part as important information. All screenshots will be automatically saved in the folder you specify in the configuration, and you can choose other parameters such as the predefined graphic editor to open all the files.
